1. The temperature coefficient less than 3ppm/ºC determines the impact of temperature change on ADC data acquisition. 3ppm/ºC means that every degree of change can cause a change of three millionths of the voltage reference, so how important it is to have a high-quality voltage reference!
2. The initialization accuracy less than ± 0.1% is the error between the output voltage value and the reference value, which determines the consistency of a batch of products.
3. The noise less than 10uVp-p and the voltage reference output noise will also directly affect the accuracy of ADC. Generally, the noise is within 0.1Hz to 10Hz. The low frequency noise can be effectively reduced by adding a 0.1-10Hz low-pass filter
